We’re excited to announce a new series!

These are fun, interesting, and engaging small group events open to Honors students by RSVP. Footnotes events are a great way to network with Honors faculty or staff, who will be hosting the events. Participation is first come, first served, so when you see “Honors Footnotes” in future emails, be sure to respond quickly if you want to participate!
So, in short here’s how it works:
(1) You’ll receive an email invitation in your syr.edu email.
(2) If you want to participate, hit ‘reply’ and let us know you’re in.
(3) Be quick! These are small, intimate events and will fill up fast.
We’ll be including things like poetry readings, dinner/movie evenings, special outings, and many things yet to be determined, all in the interest of building community within Honors. Stay tuned for the next Footnotes event!
You are cordially invited to join Eco-Reps at Syracuse University, the USGBC Student Council, ESF’s Green Campus Initiative, and any and all other concerned students for an open forum meeting on Saturday, October 19th, at 1:30 PM in Gifford Auditorium, in Huntington Beard Crouse Hall. At this meeting, a cohesive and comprehensive plan for uniting the student body will be presented, with the goal of accomplishing part or all of the goals laid out by Bill McKibben in his recent lecture, particularly in regards to the divestment of funds from Fossil Fuel corporations. We encourage you to attend and have your voice heard!
